Django Unchained Movie by Quentin Tarantino

Director Quentin Tarantino must have really enjoyed his part in the Japanese movie Sukiyaki Western Django: he's now planning to helm a western movie of his own! The film, titled Django Unchained, is set during 19th-century America and focuses on a black slave-turned-gunslinger named Django. The Weinstein Company has scheduled Django Unchained for a theatrical release on December 25, 2012.

Plot:
"A former Southern slave attempts to rescue his wife from a cruel plantation owner."

The cast hasn't been announced yet, but from what I heard Leonardo DiCaprio is likely to play the cruel slave owner and Christoph Waltz is expected to play a German bounty hunter. No word of who's going to play the lead role. Do you have any suggestion? Will Smith, Idris Elba, Chris Tucker, Jamie Foxx or Smaule L. jackson? Or maybe someone else?

Anyway, more information about the movie Django Unchained as soon as details emerge.
